Hello, I’m Herman Enari, the founder of Pacific Guardian. As someone with deep Samoan heritage and extensive experience in the disability and youth work industries, my journey has been driven by a profound commitment to enriching the lives of those who need support.
While my background includes a solid foundation in accounting, my true passion lies in making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. This passion led me to create Pacific Guardian—a company dedicated to providing personalised, compassionate care and support within our community.
Growing up in a culture that values family and community, I have always been inspired by the strength and resilience of individuals and the importance of supporting one another. This cultural perspective has greatly influenced my approach to care, emphasizing respect, empathy, and a deep understanding of each person’s unique needs.
